1、Process introduction and process
By adding 4-8% modifier to the sludge with a moisture content of about 85%, the water content characteristics of the sludge are changed. This sludge pressing equipment is used to make the moisture content of the sludge reach 60%. % or less, continuous discharging. According to the different properties of sludge, the amount of modifier added is different. For sludge with special properties, the selection of modifiers is targeted. The time of the modification reaction is also determined according to the different properties of sludge, and generally does not exceed 15 minutes.
The sludge filter cake contains less than 60% water and a pH value of about 10. First, it can be directly landfilled, and second, the ZHP type mixing granulator can be used to add sawdust, coal powder and other combustion-supporting substances to increase its calorific value, and then sent to the thermal power plant to be mixed with coal for combustion.

　三、Equipment technical parameters:
     1、The installed power of the main machine is 25 kw/h.
     2、The power of auxiliary systems such as automatic feeding and discharging is about 7 kw/h.
     3、Tensioning system of filter belt. Controlled by pneumatic system. The tension of the filter belt is generally controlled at 0.3-0.7MPa, and the common value is 0.4MPa.   
 4、Processing capacity: about 1-7t/h for materials with a moisture content of about 80%.
