Continuous high-pressure solid-liquid separation mechanical dehydrator technology and process:
(一)According to the different characteristics of the water-containing materials and the high pressure generated by pneumatic hydraulic technology, the water-containing materials are continuously closed and high-pressure solid-liquid separation to achieve the purpose of dehydration and weight reduction.

(三)Characteristics of continuous high-pressure solid-liquid separation mechanical dehydrator:
1、Continuous high-pressure operation is the characteristic of dehydration of this equipment.
2、Materials with a moisture content of about 85% can be directly fed into the equipment for dehydration.
3、High processing efficiency: The system operates fully automatically without manual intervention, with automatic feeding and automatic discharging.
4、Low processing cost:
(1Inorganic materials with a moisture content of about 80% can be directly dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 50% without adding a conditioning agent (such as activated carbon adsorption materials, etc.).
(2)For organic sludge or materials with a general viscosity of about 80% moisture content, 3-5% biomass conditioner needs to be added to dehydrate about 500kg per ton of materials with a moisture content of about 80%. Materials with good particle hydrophobicity do not need to add conditioning agents.
(3)For highly viscous organic materials with a moisture content of about 80%, an appropriate amount of conditioning agent needs to be added to dehydrate them to a moisture content of 55-65%.
(四)Equipment technical parameters:
1、The installed power of the main machine is 19 kw/h
2、The power of auxiliary systems such as automatic feeding and discharging is about 7 kw/h.
3、Working pressure: 6-12mpa, pressure: more than 20kg
4、Processing capacity: about 80% moisture content of materials, about 1500kg/h.
