working principle:
The material to be dehydrated first enters the screw press through the hopper, and then is pushed toward the outlet as the screw shaft rotates. There is a pressure cone at the discharge port to block and generate back pressure. Once the pressure of the pressed material exceeds the back pressure of the pressing cone, the pressing cone will be pushed open and the dry material will be discharged from the outlet. During the dehydration process, the rotation of the screw shaft generates internal squeezing force. Under a high internal pressure environment, free water is squeezed out through the filter screen on the periphery of the screw shaft. The dehydrated dry material is retained and extruded through the discharge port when conveyed by the screw shaft.
