The MDX series air box pulse bag dust collector is a new product introduced from Fuller Company of the United States. This series of products can be widely used in dust collection systems such as crushing installations, warehouse roofs, cooked coolers and mills in cement plants. At present, air box pulse bag dust collectors have been widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, casting, mining, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, cement and building materials, grain feed, machinery, light industry, and electric power. It is particularly suitable for capturing fine and dry non-fibrous dust. It is an indispensable facility for eliminating pollution, protecting the environment, improving working conditions, and recycling useful materials in industrial production. The air box type pulse bag dust collector is an improved version of the DMC24-120-I type that was reviewed and approved by the Institute of Building Sciences of the State Construction Committee. It adds a test door and a middle inspection aisle, and improves the fixing method of the filter bag, which is conducive to the diffusion of dusty air, reduces the erosion of the filter bag by airflow, makes bag replacement and inspection convenient, and can reduce the headroom of the factory building. The air box type pulse bag dust collector has been proven to meet quality standards through long-term use by users in various industrial sectors, with reliable operation and stable performance, and has been well received by users.
