Special single-machine pulse dust collector for filtering flue gas treatment dust: Scope of use: flue gas treatment and dust removal systems in iron plants, steel plants, ferroalloy plants, refractory plants, foundries, power plants, etc. Flue gas filtration from waste incinerators, coal-fired boilers, fluidized bed boilers, etc. Asphalt concrete mixing, building materials, cement ceramics, lime, gypsum and other production sites.
Advantages of stand-alone pulse dust collector:
(1) The injection system can adjust the injection cycle and pulse width at any time according to the dust concentration, so that the filter bag is always in a better filtration state.
(2) The perfect electronic control system prevents the filter bag from burning when it is at high temperature, and does not burn the bag when it is at low temperature and humid.
(3)Filter bags made of different materials can be used to remove dust of different properties.
(4)Flexible assembly types for easy on-site installation.
Precautions for installation of single-machine pulse bag dust collector:
(1) When lifting the equipment, pay attention to prevent deformation. When the equipment leaves the factory, key components are welded with lifting lugs. Please use lifting lugs for lifting.
(2)After the box, bag room, air inlet and outlet, ash hopper, etc. are installed, all joints should be sealed and airtight. If welding and sealing are required, airtight welding must be performed. If fasteners are used for connection, sealing gaskets must be added. , and tighten all fasteners. For local air leaks, silicone or epoxy resin should be used to plug the leaks. The sealing quality of the dust collector is an important factor affecting normal operation and life. The air box pulse bag dust collector requires an air leakage rate of less than 3%.
(3)When assembling the air circuit part, the main air pipe (connected to the electromagnetic pulse valve) has been separately manufactured in the factory. As long as it is assembled on site, the control air pipe (connected to the lift valve cylinder) needs to be cut and buckled on site. All required The pipeline must be clean and free of any debris. All joints should be filled with sealing materials and tested for air leakage.
(4)Installing the bag cage and filter bag is the most careful and careful work in the entire installation, so it should be installed last. During installation, the filter bag must not collide with or scratch with sharp hard objects, even small scratches , will also greatly shorten the life of the dust filter bag. The method of installing the filter bag is to first put the dust bag into the bag chamber through the hole in the flower plate of the box, then pinch the spring ring on the upper part of the bag mouth into a concave shape, put it into the flower hole plate of the box, and then restore the spring ring. Press it tightly on the circumference of the flower hole, and finally insert the bag cage gently from the bag mouth until the protective cover on the upper part of the bag cage is pressed against the flower plate hole in the box. In order to prevent the filter bag from being stepped on, it is required to install a dust removal frame for every filter bag installed. Installation of filter bags, dust bag cages and orifice plates.
(5)After the bag cage on the air box pulse bag dust collector for coal mill is installed, a pressure plate must be installed so that the ground wire, bag cage and flower board on the filter bag are in close contact. The explosion-proof door on the air box pulse bag dust collector for coal mill has been adjusted before leaving the factory and does not need to be adjusted again during installation.
