一、Principle
The inclined tube sedimentation water purification method is to install an inclined tube with an inclination angle of 60 degrees above the sludge suspended layer. The suspended matter, solid matter or floc alum formed after adding coagulant in the raw water is removed in the inclined tube. The surface area on the bottom side accumulates into a thin mud layer, which slides back to the suspended mud layer by gravity, and then sinks into the mud collecting hopper. It is discharged from the sludge pipe into the sludge tank for separate treatment or comprehensive utilization. The supernatant gradually rises to the water collecting pipe and is discharged, and can be directly discharged or reused.
二、Purpose
The inclined tube precipitator can be used as supporting equipment for water processes such as air flotation and upgrading methods, and can also be used to treat various types of sewage in a single stage, such as. 1. The removal rates of mixed wastewater, chromium, copper, iron, zinc, nickel, etc. containing various metal ions in electroplating wastewater are all above 90%. Generally, electroplating wastewater can meet the discharge standards after treatment.
2、Coal mine and mineral processing wastewater can reduce the turbidity from 500-1500 mg/L to 20 mg/L.
3、The color removal rate of printing and dyeing, bleaching and dyeing wastewater is 70-90%, and the COD removal rate is 50-70%.
4、Removal of large amounts of organic matter from wastewater in tanning, food and other industries, COD removal rate is 50-80%, and impurity solid removal rate is over 90%.
5、The COD removal rate of chemical wastewater is 60-70%, the chroma removal rate is 60-90%, and the suspended solids meet the emission standards.
