三、Scope of use
1、This process is mainly used in the mixed wastewater generated during the production process of electroplating, electro-porcelain, batteries and other industrial sectors. It can effectively remove various heavy metal ions, cyanide, sediment and suspended solids and other harmful substances in the wastewater. The treated water It meets national emission standards and can be reused by industry.
2、Treatment of turbid ground water, coal washing water, and mud making water. It can effectively remove turbidity, floating organisms, microorganisms, odors, etc. in the water. The turbidity of the treated clear water is less than 3 mgk, reaching the national drinking water standard. This equipment is particularly suitable for tap water supply in small and medium-sized towns, factories and mines, and rural communities. In a sense, a water purifier is a water plant, which has great potential for development in water supply development at home and around the world. 3. Working principle
The one-step water purifier integrates six basic principles of jet mixing, primary and secondary reactions, clarification inclined plate sedimentation and light filter material filtration. It uses pre-pump dosing, and after full stirring by the water pump, it undergoes stacked tube flocculation. It prompts the suspended particles in the water to gradually condense into larger flocs, and accumulates into a thin mud layer on the bottom surface of the inclined tube. It slides back to the suspended mud layer by gravity, and then sinks into the mud collecting hopper. The remaining tiny flocs are collected by Light filter material is used for filtration, and the supernatant gradually rises to the water collection pipe and is discharged, and can be directly discharged or reused.
