一、Overview
GJ type center drive mud scraper is widely used in settling tank mud discharge in water supply projects. The load of the whole machine acts on the center of the working bridge. The sewage flows through the central steady-flow bucket and then flows to the surrounding overflow tank. As the flow rate decreases, the suspended solids in the sewage are separated and settle at the bottom of the tank. The precipitated sludge is scraped and collected by the scraper into the central sludge collecting tank. It is discharged from the sludge pipe by clean water pressure.
二、Working principle
The machine is equipped with a fixed platform across the pool. When working, the entire load of the machine acts on the center of the working bridge; the sewage flows to the surrounding areas through the stable flow barrel in the center of the pool. As the flow area increases and the flow rate decreases, the sediment in the sewage settles at the bottom of the tank. The sludge scraper scrapes the settled sludge into the central sludge pit, and uses water pressure to discharge it from the sludge pipe. The machine has simple structure, stable transmission, low power consumption and good effect. It is an ideal mud discharge equipment.
