一、Overview

The central drive concentrator is composed of a working bridge, a driving device, a transmission shaft, a flow stabilizing cylinder, a mud scraping mechanism, and a vertical grid for concentration.

The sludge enters the concentration tank from the center of the upper part of the tank, and flows evenly around the tank through the central flow tube. As the flow rate decreases, the sludge settles at the bottom of the tank. The scraper mechanism scrapes the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank into the central mud pit. At the same time, the longitudinal grates on the scraper arm serve as a stirring function, providing a channel for water to escape from the sludge, accelerating the sinking of the sludge, and improving the sludge concentration effect. The supernatant liquid is discharged from the overflow weir.
