结构和工作原理:
The KW series of high-efficiency mixed disinfectant generators are carefully designed after repeated research and testing on electrode materials, anode and cathode spacing, electrolysis area, diaphragm materials, etc. based on various original disinfectant generators. What is produced by electrolysis is mainly C102, mixed with C12, O3, H202, and other strong oxidants. It has strong oxidizing and sterilizing capabilities and can kill various spore viruses in the water. Test comparison proves: C102 is more effective, with an average killing rate of 100% within five minutes. At the same time, it can oxidize organic matter and phenol, Fe2+, Mn2+, CN- and other substances in the water without producing chloroform (carcinogen), chlorophenol, etc. Tests by the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine have proven that its bactericidal ability is higher than that of current disinfectants, especially for drinking water disinfection, and its toxicology is safe and reliable. Therefore, it has extensive use value and has reached the advanced level at home and abroad in the 1990s.
Equipment composition and working principle
1、Equipment composition:
KW series high-efficiency mixed disinfectant generator consists of electrolytic tank, DC power supply, salt dissolving tank and supporting pipelines, valves, instruments, etc.
2、Working principle:
Add a certain concentration or saturated salt solution to the anode chamber of the electrolytic cell, and add clean water to the cathode chamber of the electrolytic cell at the same time. Turn on the 12V DC power supply to start electrolysis. Mixed disinfectants such as C102, C12, 03, H202, etc. can be produced through the water ejector. Press the tube feet to allow the gas to be inhaled into the water for disinfection. Features
