Structure and working principle:
Product Profile
The sodium hypochlorite generator produced by our factory was designed by the Professional Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways in 1982. After more than 20 years of manufacturing and continuous improvement by our company, the product has the characteristics of easy operation, stable performance, safety and reliability, and low cost of use. . The anode in the electrolysis device uses titanium as the base material, and the surface is coated with metal oxide coatings such as titanium, ruthenium, iridium, tin, etc. to improve the electrochemical performance of the metal anode. This product has long life of the metal anode, high current efficiency, and good salt utilization High efficiency and other characteristics.
The sodium hypochlorite generator consists of a salt dissolving device, an electrolysis device, a liquid storage tank, and an electrolysis power supply. The electrolysis power supply adopts high-frequency power supply, which has simple circuit and stable and reliable performance.
Electrolysis reaction: Anode: 2Cl--2e→Cl2
Cathode: 2H++2e→H2
Secondary reaction: C12+2NaOH→NaClO+NaCl+H2O
The generated sodium hypochlorite disinfectant solution enters the liquid storage tank for later use.

Sterilization and algae removal treatment of industrial circulating cooling water
Treatment of various types of industrial wastewater containing cyanide, phenol and requiring oxidation
