MBR integrated sewage treatment equipment uses membrane bioreactors (MBR) for sewage treatment and reuse. It has all the advantages of membrane bioreactors: good effluent quality, low operating costs, strong system impact resistance, and sewage reuse. The amount of mud is small and the degree of automation is high. In addition, as an integrated equipment, it has a small footprint and is easy to integrate. It can be used as a small sewage reuse equipment or as the core processing unit of a larger sewage treatment plant (station). It is one of the current hot spots in the field of sewage treatment and has broad application prospects.

working principle

The membrane bioreactor (MBR) process is a new wastewater treatment technology that organically combines membrane separation technology with biotechnology. It uses membrane separation equipment to retain activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank, eliminating the need for a secondary sedimentation tank. The concentration of activated sludge is therefore greatly increased, the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) can be controlled separately, while refractory substances continue to react and degrade in the reactor.
Therefore, the membrane bioreactor (MBR) process greatly enhances the functionality of the bioreactor through membrane separation technology. Compared with traditional biological treatment methods, it is one of the promising new technologies for wastewater treatment.

Equipment performance parameters

The core component of the MBR integrated equipment is the membrane bioreactor, and its inlet water quality requirements are as follows:

COD≤500mg/l, BOD5≤300mg/l, SS≤100mg/l, NH3-N≤50mg/l, E. coli count ≤10000/l.  
The integrated sewage treatment equipment can flexibly configure the process according to the raw water quality, making the equipment widely applicable. It can directly treat domestic sewage and hospital sewage to meet domestic miscellaneous water standards.

Effluent water quality:

The effluent water quality meets domestic water standards:

COD≤50mg/l, BOD5≤10mg/l, SS≤10mg/l, NH3-N≤10mg/l, E. coli count ≤3/l.
