The composition of an efficient shallow air flotation machine generally includes the following parts:
(1)High-efficiency dissolved air flotation system
The air flotation system integrates water inlet, flocculation, separation, water collection, and water outlet. It is similar to traditional air flotation equipment. It is equipped with a steady flow chamber and a dissolved air release chamber to make the treatment performance more stable and the effect more superior. Stable chamber: The raw water reacted through the folding plate has a very high flow rate. If it comes into direct contact with the dissolved air water, tiny bubbles will dissipate, affecting the effect of the bubbles adhering to flocculation, thus reducing the efficiency of air flotation treatment. If a stable flow chamber is added, the The turbulent raw water consumes kinetic energy and enters the dissolved gas water release chamber at a uniform speed, thereby effectively ensuring the removal effect.
Dissolved gas release chamber: The dissolved gas release chamber and the separation chamber are in one tank. Separated in the middle, the dissolved air water and the flocculated raw water adhere here, rise slowly, and enter the air flotation separation chamber, ensuring the contact space and time between the flocculation block and the tiny bubbles, making the release rate of the dissolved air water higher.
(2)Dissolved air system
For high-efficiency shallow air flotation equipment, the dissolved air system is the main component. At this stage, air and water are inhaled together at the inlet of the pump, sheared and pressurized by the impeller, and mixed into dissolved air water in the dissolved air tank. , the gas and liquid phases are fully mixed and reach saturation. The maximum gas content of the entire dissolved gas system is about 10%, so that the microbubbles are evenly distributed when the gas is dispersed, and the average bubble diameter is less than 30um. This dissolved air system is an improvement and technological innovation of traditional air flotation, which improves the efficiency of air flotation separation and greatly reduces equipment production and operating costs.
(3)Slag scraper
The operation mode and speed of the slag scraper directly affect the water quality of the flotation water and the solid content of the sludge. The system uses a rotary slag scraper, which can continuously and evenly scrape scum into the scum tank, reducing the collision of scum with each other; in addition, the height-adjustable scraper can better adapt to various operating conditions and reduce Sludge moisture content.

The new high-efficiency shallow air flotation machine can finally be started up and put into use. However, as equipment managers and operators, users and friends should stop being busy and read these matters carefully to accurately operate the high-efficiency shallow air flotation machine correctly for the first time.
1、When turning on the high-efficiency shallow air flotation machine for the first time, first turn on the high-pressure pump and fully open the water inlet valve and outlet valve. After the high-pressure pump operates normally, slowly close the outlet valve and observe the pressure gauge at any time to adjust the pressure to 0.35. -0.45mpa. After the high-efficiency shallow air flotation machine has been operated for many times, there is no need to adjust the inlet and outlet valves, and only need to turn on the high-pressure pump.
2、After the high-pressure pump is turned on, it must run normally for 5 minutes. When milky white liquid appears in the flotation tank, the sewage pump is turned on. At the same time, the dosing pumps for polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide are turned on. The opening degree of the dosing valve is adjusted based on experience. , the best condition is for the water to be clear and transparent. Then turn on the motor switch of the mechanical filter tank, and the clean water processed by the high-efficiency shallow air flotation machine passes through the filter material layer in the filter tank, and the treated clean water enters the clean water pool.
3、When the sludge layer in the high-efficiency shallow air flotation tank reaches the thickness, turn on the motor of the scraper.
4、Adjust the water outlet plate and the water level in the air flotation tank so that the scum can be smoothly scraped into the mud collecting tank by the scraper and drained away.
